The structures main level is the second floor and is an open concept with kitchen, living and dinning areas.
The newly renovated kitchen has professional grade appliances and a wall of marble tile as its design feature and backsplash. The kitchen island is covered in a waterfall of white quartz.

The living area boasts 24 ft. ceilings, iconic modern furnishings and walls of windows that allow views of the swimming pool and surrounding trees. The small pool has adjacent outdoor living and dinning areas.

The main level also opens up to a balcony at the front and a carport and garden in the back.
The first floor is a bedroom with en suite bathroom and has a private balcony that leads to a boxwood trimmed courtyard, complete with a large water fountain at its center.

The third floor has two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms: One above the living area and one above the carport. An office finds it’s efficient home on the “cat walk” between the two. All three rooms enjoy their own private balconies. An outdoor spiral staircase leads to the “fourth floor” that serves as a partially covered roof top deck.

The “Earthcraft Certified” home was originally built in 2005 and has been lovingly remodeled by its new owners. Updates include the kitchen, bathrooms, swimming pool, new flooring throughout and rooftop deck. The design concept was “California Modern”. The designers used plenty of modern staples when furnishing the home, but also used some clean lined rustic pieces like the white oak dinning table and natural fiber fabrics and rugs. Clean and Modern, but warm and inviting.
