This 4,300 sq. ft. Cape Dutch home designed by Winston-Dray Designs and built by BCC Builders features a white stucco exterior with cedar siding on the corners and arched gables.
A plethora of windows look out across the vast nature of Serenbe’s Mado neighborhood, including a NanaWall opening from the kitchen and living areas to the outdoor living area, which includes a plunge pool by Maliblue Pools next to a fireplace featuring white limestone and tiles handmade by owner Morgan Lindsey.

Tumbled Texas white limestone was also used for the interior fireplace in the sitting area, which has soaring two-story ceilings giving it a cathedral-like aura.
Natural wood is a key element in the home’s interior design, including the lower portion of the upstairs landing, which overlooks the kitchen. Because the centrally-located kitchen is open to the rest of the house, small appliances are hidden in drawers and an appliance garage. Oak beams cut with a chainsaw make up the range hood, with a stone backsplash and countertops made of honed Carrera marble from Effective Granite.
The home’s parapet walls are mixed with Scandinavian features, such as horizontal cedar siding, to tie into the Serenbe’s architecture.
